Enterprise Management System Policy

With Enterprise Management System, created according to Uyan Electric vision, mission and principles, we aim to act in accordance with legal requirements and applicable terms of all parties, gain the trust of our partners and contribute to sustainable development.

In accordance with this purpose;

  • According to current laws and regulations, identification of hazards about quality, environment and occupational health & safety (OHS), preventing hazards and protecting workers (employees), environment and facility by performing required risk analysis, discovering opportunities and minimizing risks and continuously improving the enterprise management system, 
  • Maintain occupational health and safety (OHS) processes and develop systems to prevent work accidents in all our activities,
  • Protecting all people within our borders, by reducing the risk of injury and disease.
  • For improvement of the enterprise management system, maintaining participation of employees (workers' representatives) and receiving thier feedbacks, expanding awareness by planning and realizing educational activities according to needs of workers.
  • Concentrating (focus) on environmental protection, respect the environment and human, 
  • Protecting the environment,decreasing pollution, decreasing waste,inreasing recycling, decreasing use of resources
  • Efficient use of energy, preferring energy-efficient products and services in our designs and projects
  • Continuous improvement of the system, reviewing the objectives defined in accordance with this policy, planning and realizing activities to reach the objectives.
  • Maintaining the information security (assurance) and perform related activities 
  • Increasing cooperation with neighbor facilities and competent authorities about Health & Safety & Environment topics
  • Maintaining sustainable customer satisfaction with customer-oriented approach and effectively manage customer feedbacks
  • Delivering competent, reliable and high quality products complying with standards.
  • Planning and realizing educational activities for employees, in order to improve their motivation, personal abilities, techniques, behavior and awareness.
  • Following the technological progresses and creating systems which provide suitable workplace environment for employees in all activities.
  • Choosing high quality equipments complying with occupational health and safety standards, 
  • Organize with the ability to respond in an emergency
  • Application of Enterprise Management System in compliance with legislations, standards and regulations.
